Roof Inspections

a house with glass window
Roofing inspections that are provided on a consistent basis allow us to spot any type of developing issue. As with most problems in life if you’re able to spot a problem quickly there is usually a better chance of fixing the problem quickly. Also, if we spot let’s say a leak at an early stage the problem is most likely going to cost less to fix than it would if we allow that leak to grow. With our inspections, you are not obligated to book any other service. They can be just a warning sign for you to make sure you don’t overlook some of the problems we point out.

How Often Does My Roof Need To Be Inspected?

If you’re getting your roofing inspected every 6 months you’re usually going to be fine. Now, it can also be a good idea to inspect the roof after it was hit by heavy rains. Especially if you get the feeling that a lot of debris ended up on the roof or the area was hit excessively hard for whatever reason. Even if you don’t think that anything could be wrong getting an inspection can help you have more certainty that things are ok.

What We Do In Inspections

We like to really provide thorough inspections. It’s not like we’re just going to get up there and give the area a quick look. Sometimes what we’ll do is that we’ll drop some water on the roof to see if it flows through properly. Another thing that we do is look inside of all of your gutters. A lot of the roofing issues that we end up having to fix originated in gutters that were clogged up and just ended up bursting big time after a big storm hit. Simple procedures allow us to account for all of these potential issues.

Get An Estimate On Any Of Our Services

Naturally, roofing inspections are meant to ultimately provide an estimate on repairs or replacements. You can always count on us to give you fair estimates. We pride ourselves in being an affordable roofing company. The only reason why we maybe don’t advertise as much that we are an affordable roofing company is because sometimes that gets a negative connotation. If you’re affordable that must mean that you’re not all that good. We just don’t believe that has to be the case. We can provide quality solutions without leaving you feeling robbed.

When Is The Best Time To Inspect Your Roof?

We typically recommend that people inspect their roof after or right before that time of year where we can potentially get some storms. Of course, there are other factors that can contribute to the downfall of your roofing. For the most part though, storms or debris during the fall are the main issues that you have to be concerned about. Those two moments then could be great opportunities to ensure that everything is running smoothly. If that’s not the case we can give you a hand.
